I love the weather this time of the year! The warm temperature and light breezes makes the perfect combination to explore the city. I took advantage of Mother Nature's good mood and ventured to Williamsburg. Since I live all the way in the Upper East Side, I don't really make it out to this borough that often. I'm glad I made the journey because the waterfront view is gorgeous. I thought for an adventurous day like this, bold retro-esque polka dots were called for. What do you think?
