One of my favorite trends that have made a serious comeback lately are high-waisted shorts. They're chic and perfect for New York's warm summer days. I love these floral-print bottoms from J.Crew, because they put a little formal spin on the casual look. I like to finish the look with a pop of pink via this super cute Rebecca Minkoff clutch (one of my favorites, if you haven't already noticed).
