Trend Alert: Blue

Pantone may have declared green the color of 2013, but lately I've noticed a different hue dominating the fashion scene. Blue has been popping up at just about every scene these day. Whether its a deep, mysterious navy, or a bright majestic cobalt, it's clear to anyone that this primary color is vying for some much-needed attention. Don't believe me? Check out these celebs that recently rocked a glorious shade of azure and tell me that blue isn't a trend.
