I have a weird fashion habit to confess: On cloudy days, the ones when it looks like rain is due to fall at any minute, I wear pink. Why? Well, my favorite umbrella happens to be a very loud shade of magenta, and I have a compulsive need to match it. Sounds crazy, I know, but I just can't stand the idea of wearing, I don't know, an army green outfit, when my umbrella is a vibrant variant of pink.
Needless to say, I have quite a large assortment of the girly hue in my closet. I wish I can say there's some deep, profound — even superstitious reason as to why I don pink on gloomy days. Truth of the matter is, I'm just that weird about my accessories matching.
